As one, the group realized that Eri was no longer their friend, but a vessel for something ancient and powerful. The question was: would they be able to save her, or would they succumb to the very power they sought to control?

Without warning, Eri raised her hands, and a blinding light enveloped the temple. The others stumbled back, shielding their eyes. When the light faded, Eri stood before them, transformed. Her body glowed with an ethereal energy, and her eyes burned with an inner fire. Akane's eyes narrowed

Eri's laughter was like a cold wind. "The prophecy of consummation. The BO-SO will be reborn, and I will be the vessel."
